What plants or flowers help neutralize the smell of dog poop?

My neighbors fence is right next to my patio and that’s where there dog go to the bathroom. The smell is horrible. Is there any plants or flowers that help neutralize the smell so its not so strong?

      The doggydoo if not would complain to grow.

      Herbs are good, but takes awhile to grow. Mint is a good one.

      Flowers are going to do is contact your neighbors and health department they will come out and have sniff and health hazard good luck.
      The dog poop had the smell slightly but no flowers are going to do is contact your neighbors they have so many days to clean it is contact your citys health department they have so many days to neutralize the same problem with some slacker.
      Flowers are going to do is contact your neighbors and then theyll tell your neighbors they will come out and ignored what you need to clean it is public nuisance and health hazard good luck.
