What is the best way to send someone a rose delivery internationally?

The reason that cost is an issue is that I am in college and am thus tight on funds at the moment….

    get a dictonary and press the roses, then send them by mail

    if you have a girl friend spend money on her and atleast she will know to what depth you can go tell her that you love her
    money does not matter in love if you have a good financial background
