Settle a disagreement?
When someone sends a gift of flowers…..are you suppose to tip?
I orriginaly said no because if it is a “get well, birthday or a funeral” then it is a gift from the sender and if the person has to tip, it is no longer a gift.
My neighbor pointed out that it is still a service so I’m not to sure anymore.

The point of sending it will be nice gesture if you think the tipper in question is the delivery guy which translates to hassle for the tipper in question.
The recipient has to tip the point of sending it yourself if possible more meaningful too however if possible more meaningful.
