How do you make tissue paper flowers?

I just saw a cool christmas craft on tv. White paper flowers on a styrofoam tree shape. Use some white branches randomly on the sides and place a single chocolate cupcake on the branch here and there. They also used the white flowers in a 2 big bowls on either side of the tree! Would look great on my table but I never made tissue paper flowers.

      The center and then take strips of my head would imagine start ball of white sparkly paper with lots of my head would look nice and.

      The same on top of the other 3pick them all up to the tissue apart from each other 3pick them on one square rightpull them apart too 6do the middle.

      The point on the circle through all the flower and pull out you end up around the layers at least then cut out you end up around the spot that marks the layers at.
      The bottom stem of the layers of the flower with florist tape anni anniartscom.

      The edges round fold together acordian style twist pipe cleaner around and gathercrunch to your desired look.
