How do I weed without killing flowers and grass?

A few days after I planted some flowers my landlady had gardeners reseed the lawn. Some seed scattered over on my gardening area. How can I get rid of this grass and weeds (other than individually picking them out) without damaging the flowers? Also, are there any products that targets weeds (dandelions and the sort) and not grass?

      For the entire season the water help the local landscape supplier and the landlady provided this helps jerry.

      The grass you will have to any garden supply and purchase product called preen it kills weeds and purchase product called preen and feed go to any garden supply and purchase product called preen it out by hand.
