How much are you supposed to tip a floral delivery agent? What if you don’t even want the flowers?

I recently had this happen to me. I was being stalked and I did not want to accept flowers from some creepy weirdo. But I appreciate customer service and I did not think it was fair for the delivery guy not to be tipped.. and yet I wasn’t sure whether to tip at all? Help..
Thank you, but how are you supposed to know what 10% is when you don’t know the price of the flowers? Is there a general way of estimating this?
