How should I deal with dishonest online customers ?

t’s only been months since I put up my cut flower delivery business. I made some modest profits on it. But lately, a number of customers claimed they didn’t receive their ordered goods .But my records show the proper receipts they signed for the delivery. It’s dishonesty, plain and simple.They contested the delivery from their credit card company and subsequently cancel all payments towards my account.
How should I deal with this form of dishonest act?
