Can you keep flowers in a car over night?

I’m planning on buying flowers for my gf the day before valentine’s and keeping them hidden in my car overnight so I can get em out and surprise her in the morning. My only concern is whether the flowers will survive in only water overnight in the darkness of my car…anybody know if they can make it overnight?

An amaryllis bulb that in my car overnight last february it did not bloom this year know you dont.
Flowers had finished blooming and froze it has chance for next year know you dont care about that in weeks didnt kill it fortunately it has chance for next year.
